π― Requirements
- 6+ years in a customer-facing role and 4+ years in PM/onboarding.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and/or SDKs.
- Ability to understand system architectures and multi-system data flows.
- Experience reading developer docs, API references, and PM tools.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Distill enterprise requirements into tailored technical solutions.
- Familiar with PM methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Experience in the POS, payments, or related tech industry.
