🎯 Requirements

6+ years in customer-facing roles; 4+ years in PM/implementation/onboarding.
Experience with RESTful APIs, webhooks, OAuth, or SDK integrations.
Understand system architectures and multi-system data flows.
Understand developer docs, API references, and project tracking tools.
Experience in POS, payments, or related tech.
Manage multiple complex projects across priorities and timelines.
