📋 Description

• Lead and grow a high-performing security engineering team.
• Own building and securing FanDuel platforms for fans.
• Define and drive security engineering best practices.
• Build repeatable security patterns and leverage frameworks.
• Set measurable goals with security KPIs and SLAs.
• Partner with stakeholders to apply consistent security controls.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years hands-on security experience, incl. 5+ yrs managing a security team.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams in agile, forecasting/work sizing.
• Deep technical understanding of security engineering principles; problem-solver.
• Ability to assess health, design, and quality; ensure uptime and SLAs.
• Strong analytical skills; optimize complex security problems; drive change.
• Proven ability to analyze issues and communicate risk to non-technical audiences.
