  • Own technical engagement during trials and resolve issues

  • Proactively engage with customers and Datadog teams on product feedback

🎯 Requirements

  • Educate customers on observability risks meaningful to their business
  • Strong written and verbal communication; articulate business and technical benefits
  • Proficient in programming/scripting: Java, Python, Ruby, Go, Node.js, PHP, .NET
  • 3+ years in Sales Engineering or DevOps Engineering
  • Able to sit up to 4 hours and travel to client sites
  • Willing to travel up to 45% of the time
