  • Partner with Sales to articulate Datadog value proposition to customers
  • Own technical engagement with customers during the trial phase
  • Close complex opportunities using competitive knowledge and credibility
  • Deliver product and technical briefings to potential clients
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes on customer input, wins and losses
  • Proactively share product feedback with customers and Datadog teams

🎯 Requirements

  • Passionate about educating customers on observability risks and evaluation plans
  • Strong written and oral communication; articulate business and technical benefits
  • Proficient in Java, Python, Ruby, Go, Node.js, PHP or .NET
  • 3+ years in Sales Engineering or DevOps Engineering
  • Able to sit up to 4 hours and travel to client sites
  • Able to travel up to 45% of the time
