  • Partner with Enterprise Sales to articulate Datadog value proposition to customers
  • Own technical engagement with customers during trials
  • Communicate Datadog's value during activities and resolve issues to close trials
  • Close complex opportunities with competitive knowledge and technical credibility
  • Deliver product/technical briefings to potential clients
  • Maintain CRM notes on customer input and outcomes
  • Proactively engage on product feedback and competitive landscape

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Sales Engineering or related roles
  • Hands-on with AWS/Azure/GCP and modern stacks (Kubernetes, microservices, CI/CD)
  • Proficient in Java, Python, Go, .NET, JavaScript/Node.js, Ruby or PHP
  • Familiar with observability or security tooling; Datadog or similar is a plus
  • Passionate about educating customers on observability value and evaluating plans
  • Fluent in English; Cantonese a plus; comfortable across cultures
  • Willing to travel up to 45% to HK and other locations
  • Able to sit up to 4 hours during client-site travel
