π― Requirements
- 5+ years in Sales Engineering or related roles
- Hands-on with AWS/Azure/GCP and modern stacks (Kubernetes, microservices, CI/CD)
- Proficient in Java, Python, Go, .NET, JavaScript/Node.js, Ruby or PHP
- Familiar with observability or security tooling; Datadog or similar is a plus
- Passionate about educating customers on observability value and evaluating plans
- Fluent in English; Cantonese a plus; comfortable across cultures
- Willing to travel up to 45% to HK and other locations
- Able to sit up to 4 hours during client-site travel
