  • Partner with Sales to articulate Datadog value proposition to customers
  • Own technical engagement during trials and resolve customer issues
  • Close complex opportunities with technical credibility
  • Deliver product/technical briefings to potential clients
  • Maintain CRM notes on customer input and outcomes
  • Engage with customers and Datadog teams on product feedback and competition

🎯 Requirements

  • Educate customers on observability risks and run evaluations
  • Strong written and verbal communication; articulate business and technical benefits
  • Experienced in Java, Python, Ruby, Go, Node.JS, PHP, and .NET
  • 3+ years in Sales Engineering or DevOps
  • Able to sit up to 4 hours; travel to client sites
  • Travel up to 45% of the time
