📋 Description

• Embed Enterprise Risk management activities across the organisation.
• Coordinate and maintain the Risk Appetite Framework across the EU.
• Lead the enterprise risk identification and materiality assessment.
• Execute horizon scanning and emerging risk assessments across lines.
• Promote risk culture and deliver training and awareness programmes.
• Maintain EU Risk Taxonomy and risk register with accurate classifications.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven risk management track record in financial services.
• Proficiency with ERM tools, risk governance and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of European regulatory requirements (CBI/EBA/ECB/SSM).
• Solid understanding of digital banking products and risks.
• Excellent analytical, relationship and communication skills.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and work fast-paced.
