- Implement and maintain BBSA’s ERM framework (taxonomy, appetite, risk register, escalation).
- Coordinate risk governance forums; prepare management/board risk packs (KRIs/KPIs).
- Facilitate periodic risk and control assessments across BBSA functions.
- Support new product risk assessments; identify, mitigate, and document risks.
- Operate issue management: logging, root cause analysis, actions, tracking, closure.
- Oversee outsourcing/third-party risk; monitor concentration risk and exit plans.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years in enterprise/operational risk management within regulated financial services.
- Experience with payments/EMI/PI and/or crypto/fintech risk is an advantage.
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management; ability to drive outcomes.
- Excellent written communication; produce concise, Board-ready materials.
- Fluent English; French is an advantage.
