Enterprise Risk Management Officer

📋 Description

• Design, implement and oversee the ERM framework for the bank.
• Identify, assess, monitor and mitigate risks across the bank.
• Provide independent risk oversight to business units and execs.
• Advise Executive Management and the Board on risk exposures.
• Support FARCo with enterprise risk reports.
• Oversee RCSA across all business units.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or risk management.
• Master’s degree (MBA or MSc) is an advantage.
• Professional certifications: FRM, PRM, CRISC, ACA, ACCA.
• 10–12 years in risk management, internal control, audit, or compliance.
• At least 5 years in a senior or leadership role.
• Strong exposure to ERM frameworks and regulatory engagement.
