- Lead enterprise risk strategies with operational and executive leadership
- Operationalize and mature the ERM framework aligned with MALPB's business objectives
- Oversee annual ERM cycle: identify, assess, prioritize, and plan responses

🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years in Risk Management/ERM in bank or fintech.
- Experience building ERM frameworks from the ground up in tech-forward organizations.
- Strong knowledge of COSO and ISO 31000.
- Demonstrated influence and collaboration across executives and global stakeholders.
- Familiarity with bank risk/regulatory environment and related guidance.
