  • Own and lead renewals with the account team to preserve contracts.
  • Build renewal processes and playbooks with cross-functional partners.
  • Engage key decision-makers to identify requirements and roadblocks.
  • Maintain a rolling 90-day forecast of renewals in your territory.
  • Negotiate and execute renewal contracts with legal alignment.
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities at renewal to grow revenue.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years quota-carrying Post-Sales / CS / AM in enterprise SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise SaaS apps and collaboration tech.
  • Proven track record of meeting personal and team goals.
  • Negotiation skills and proven ability to close large, complex contracts.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Rev Ops, Biz Tech, Sales & Success.
  • Strategic thinker with growth mindset and process improvements.
