Define and maintain executable project plans with milestones and success metrics.
Lead day-to-day execution; run core cadences and reviews.
Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies, and actions.
Engage early in new initiatives and establish initial structure.
Ensure governance and continuous improvement per EPMO standards.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years leading cross-functional SaaS/tech projects.
Manage multiple projects with clear priorities and timelines.
Knowledge of waterfall, agile, and hybrid delivery.
Strong planning, risk/issue, dependency, and change control skills.
Clear written and verbal communication; align across teams.
Familiar with Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Google Workspace.
