Validate data accuracy with internal teams and customer stakeholders
Explain and troubleshoot data/configuration issues with growing independence
Contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of healthcare data experience with claims and/or clinical data
2+ years experience in value-based care
Strong written and verbal communication; explain complex concepts simply
Analytical with data; Excel proficiency; SQL a plus
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Curiosity and coachability; absorb feedback quickly
