📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end BI dashboard implementations for global clients.
• Organize and manage projects within enterprise accounts for on-time delivery.
• Establish governance; guide stakeholders from properties to C-level executives.
• Create and maintain project docs outlining timelines, activities, and risks.
• Bridge clients with Product/Engineering to capture requirements and timelines.
• Drive customer satisfaction and growth with robust plans and status calls.
• Serve as the voice of customers to improve products and processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in program/project management, managing enterprise or global accounts.
• Deep hospitality industry knowledge, hotel chains and OTA environments.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects concurrently (planning, resourcing, risk, execution).
• Excellent business acumen and interpersonal skills, comfortable with C-level execs.
• Tech-savvy; can understand data solutions and communicate across audiences.
• Proactive, autonomous, and able to collaborate across time zones.
• Proven ability to influence and direct internal teams to meet objectives.
• Coachable and adaptable; open to feedback and continuous improvement.
