- Strong cross-functional instincts; align engineering, legal, ops, and sales toward shared outcomes
- Customer-obsessed; synthesize complex enterprise requirements into clear roadmaps
- Excellent written and verbal communication; influence at all levels from engineering to executives
- A-player mindset; bias for action; own outcomes through ambiguity
