• Fintech/compliance in regulated industries.
• Strong cross-functional instincts; align Eng, Legal, Ops, and Sales.
• Customer-obsessed; translate complex requirements into roadmaps.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; influence at all levels.
• A-player mindset with urgency; own outcomes and drive impact.
