🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of PM experience driving projects to completion.
• Degree in Business, Engineering, or related technical field.
• Experience with Agile (SCRUM, XP, Kanban) and JIRA.
• Strong leadership to motivate and manage diverse teams.
• Analytical, problem-solving skills; balance process with innovation.
• Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM/PSM are valued.
