Enterprise Implementation Consultant - Public Sector

📋 Description

• Be on the front lines and help customers improve safety and efficiency with our IoT platform.
• Lead deployment of Samsara tech for large US Public Sector customers to quick time-to-value.
• Create launch plans and a roadmap to boost product usage.
• Track deployment progress, adoption, and account health.
• Run trainings and demos for executives and users across many use cases.
• Manage multiple engagements in parallel and work cross-functionally.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in a senior CS/AM/strategic consulting role; Enterprise SaaS preferred.
• Demands strong prioritization and high emotional intelligence.
• Experience supporting or working with technical products.
• Excellent consultative skills with end-to-end implementations.
• Proven ability to build trust with executives, Product/Engineering, and users.
• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.
