- Support daily ops of enterprise IAM; intake, triage, and access lifecycle execution.
- Run and improve IAM processes: joiner/mover/leaver, access requests, certifications, break-glass.
- Coordinate changes with Security, IT, Engineering; clear ownership and auditability.
- Troubleshoot IAM issues: access failures, provisioning bugs, workflow errors.
- Write and maintain scripts to automate IAM tasks.
- Contribute backend changes in IAM automation with tests and safe rollouts.
🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years professional software engineering experience
- Production-quality Python or similar backend language code
- Comfort with operational processes, tickets, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience with APIs, scripting, debugging distributed systems
- Familiarity with CI/CD and GitHub workflows
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS preferred)
