- Own outreach to high-value healthcare accounts with outbound execution.

๐ฏ Requirements
- 3-5+ years in BDR/SDR/inside sales within SaaS, enterprise software, or healthcare.
- Proven outbound prospecting success and generated qualified pipeline.
- Experience mentoring peers or leading initiatives (formal or informal).
- Familiarity with sales automation tools, CRM workflows, sequence building, and metrics tracking (Salesforce & Outreach preferred).
- Strong planning, data-driven, ability to set and evaluate KPIs.
- Growth mindset and resilience; comfortable balancing individual execution with team leadership.
