  • Own outreach to high-value healthcare accounts with outbound execution.
  • Design and stand up outbound and nurture programs.
  • Analyze performance; refine messaging; update campaigns using Salesforce, Outreach.
  • Identify bottlenecks; propose solutions; help establish required processes.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and AEs to align on qualification criteria and follow-ups.
  • Drive legal and contracting processes for smaller affiliated organizations within larger strategic accounts.

  • 3-5+ years in BDR/SDR/inside sales within SaaS, enterprise software, or healthcare.
  • Proven outbound prospecting success and generated qualified pipeline.
  • Experience mentoring peers or leading initiatives (formal or informal).
  • Familiarity with sales automation tools, CRM workflows, sequence building, and metrics tracking (Salesforce & Outreach preferred).
  • Strong planning, data-driven, ability to set and evaluate KPIs.
  • Growth mindset and resilience; comfortable balancing individual execution with team leadership.
