  • Own the onboarding and rollout program for one of Choco's most strategic enterprise customers.
  • Drive structured implementation and adoption, ensuring milestones are met.
  • Establish the enterprise onboarding structure, including governance and cadence.
  • Coordinate global, regional, and local stakeholders across the customer organization.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration across Product, Tech, CS, Sales, Ops.
  • Translate complex enterprise requirements into clear, actionable steps.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 6-8+ years in enterprise customer success, delivery, program management, or consulting.
  • Proven experience leading complex enterprise implementations or rollouts.
  • Strong ability to manage multi-layered stakeholders across large orgs.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across Sales, Product, Tech, Ops, CS.
  • Ability to bring structure to complex or ambiguous enterprise environments.
  • Fluent English (C2 level).
