  • Manage 15-20 client accounts to drive adoption, retention, renewals
  • Be expert in Litify and Salesforce to advise clients and provide on-the-spot solutions
  • Lead goal-setting sessions and assist implementation teams for a successful launch
  • Partner with clients to provide best practices and recommend Litify, Salesforce and AppExchange solutions
  • Monitor customer health to track adoption and satisfaction
  • Identify at-risk accounts and collaborate with your manager on remediation plans

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Intermediate Salesforce Admin tasks (flows, reports, formulas); Admin Certification a plus
  • Strong aptitude for AI and new technologies; quick to diagnose needs
  • 2 years as a Customer Success Manager (SaaS preferred)
  • 7 years in direct customer-facing roles
  • Excellent written, verbal, and oral communication; able to present to stakeholders
