- Bachelor's degree
- Intermediate Salesforce Admin tasks (flows, reports, formulas); Admin Certification a plus
- Strong aptitude for AI and new technologies; quick to diagnose needs
- 2 years as a Customer Success Manager (SaaS preferred)
- 7 years in direct customer-facing roles
- Excellent written, verbal, and oral communication; able to present to stakeholders
