  • 5+ years in Customer Success, Implementation, Consulting, or similar
  • Experience managing complex enterprise customers
  • Strong PM and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable operating strategically and hands-on
  • Influence stakeholders and drive outcomes without authority
  • Ecommerce or support ops experience a plus
