  • Onboard new customers and introduce them to Canonical products and support.
  • Coordinate complex projects with developers, IT managers and decision makers.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Field Engineering and Support to deliver engagement plans.
  • Manage a regional customer portfolio; identify growth or renewal risks with Sales.
  • Lead weekly customer and business reviews with cross-functional teams to unblock issues.
  • Advocate for customers to influence Canonical roadmaps, docs, and processes.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Native Japanese level with excellent English (mandatory).
  • 5+ years IT experience with Linux, data apps, cloud, storage, networking, security, or IoT.
  • Excellent presentation skills to discuss complex software.
  • Experience building and improving internal processes with timely delivery.
  • True team player with cross-functional collaboration across departments.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies.
