  • 3+ years in Customer Success, Pre-Sales, TAC, or Consulting.
  • Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochem, or discrete manufacturing.
  • Strong consultative approach for enterprise customers.
  • Industry experience with industrial digitalization.
  • Technical affinity with hardware and software systems.
  • Excellent problem solving and communication.
