🎯 Requirements

  • BS or equivalent education
  • 7+ years in consulting, CS, or TAM with enterprise ARR
  • Track record delivering customer outcomes amid ambiguity
  • Strong written and oral comms with business and tech stakeholders
  • Experience in integration and/or business automation across domains
  • Preference for Account Manager/CSM in hyper-growth SaaS/iPaaS; 25% travel
