📋 Description

  • Own a portfolio of accounts; drive value, adoption, retention, and growth.
  • Guide customers on the Enterprise Agentic Orchestration journey using Workato.
  • Build strategic relationships to drive adoption and revenue, with regular touchpoints.
  • Engage with senior leaders to understand objectives and drive transformation.
  • Create Joint Success Plans mapping value to initiatives; track deployment.
  • Serve as escalation point for issues; coordinate cross-team resolution.

🎯 Requirements

  • BS or equivalent education.
  • 7+ years in consulting, customer success, or TAM; enterprise ARR $200k–multi-million.
  • Navigate ambiguity; build consensus; drive urgency to deliver outcomes.
  • Strong written/oral skills; engage stakeholders from Dev to C-level.
  • Experience in integration and/or business automation; familiar with HR, Finance, Marketing, Sales.
  • Preferred: Account Manager or CSM in hyper-growth SaaS/iPaaS; ~25% travel.
