  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration with BD, Dev, PM
  • Salesforce and Excel proficiency; Gainsight a plus
  • Ability to manage multi-national, demanding customers and drive adoption
