🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management; 2+ years in enterprise or senior CSM.
  • Gov Tech/public sector experience required.
  • Deep expertise in Gainsight (health scores, playbooks, reporting).
  • Proven ability to develop and execute enterprise CS strategies, account plans, and multi-year plans.
  • Strong data analysis and visualization skills, KPI dashboards and data storytelling for executive audiences.
  • Excellent communication and CXO-level stakeholder management, including CXO-level contacts.
