  • Deep Gainsight expertise: health scores, playbooks, reporting.
  • Develop enterprise CS strategies, account plans, and multi-year roadmaps.
  • Strong data analysis and KPI dashboards with exec-level storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and CXO-level stakeholder management; willing to travel.
