  • Manage 25 to 35 enterprise accounts, including large district accounts.
  • Leverage data and our stack (Gainsight, Salesforce/SFDC, Gong) to drive adoption and renewal.
  • Apply frameworks and autonomy to tailor partnerships with each district.
  • Drive business reviews and manage a portfolio of clients and OKRs.
  • Own client success planning; ask discovery questions, listen, and synthesize goals.
  • Drive expansion and adoption of Newsela products to K-12 classrooms nationwide.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years as enterprise CSM in K-12 EdTech.
  • Proven OKR-driven performance, including renewals and adoption.
  • Strong history of retention and accurate forecasting.
  • Manage a portfolio and build strategic plans.
  • Monitor health, leverage data to drive actions.
  • Willing to travel; Gainsight/SFDC/Gong experience a plus.
