- 3+ years as enterprise CSM in K-12 EdTech.
- Proven OKR-driven performance, including renewals and adoption.
- Strong history of retention and accurate forecasting.
- Manage a portfolio and build strategic plans.
- Monitor health, leverage data to drive actions.
- Willing to travel; Gainsight/SFDC/Gong experience a plus.
