  • Partner with Enterprise Account Executive and Solution Engineering to onboard and drive adoption
  • Build relationships to achieve loyalty and advocacy within the customer org
  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales, support, enablement, product, finance, and legal
  • Own and manage the onboarding process for new customers
  • Act as trusted advisor to plan and meet business goals
  • Monitor usage trends to identify renewal risks and growth opportunities

  • 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management
  • Experience managing a portfolio of enterprise accounts
  • Experience with Fortune 1000/global brands across industries
  • Strong communicator with attention to detail; tailors to CTO/VP Eng/DevOps
  • Experience in B2B tech or SaaS
  • Able to travel for on site visits and events
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
