  • The CSM drives product and partnership success for LogicMonitor customers.
  • Coach customers to achieve business goals and maximize value from the platform.
  • Primary contact for escalations; works with account owners and execs.
  • Manages onboarding, adoption, retention, growth and advocacy across accounts.
  • Builds ongoing relationships and identifies expansion opportunities within accounts.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, technical fields favored.
  • 5+ years in account management, customer success, or related SaaS roles.
  • IT infra concepts: Windows/Mac, cloud, networking, and monitoring.
  • De-escalation skills; ability to position clients for success with minimal supervision.
  • Experience developing comprehensive success plans aligned to objectives.
  • Willingness to travel 2-3 times per quarter; AI tools experience a plus.
