🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management
  • 2+ years in SaaS environment
  • Strong communication skills and technical aptitude
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Zendesk is a plus
  • Proactive team player with ideas on adoption and churn mitigation
