🎯 Requirements

  • Strong executive presence and ability to handle difficult conversations.
  • Background in shipping, maritime operations, or global trade is strongly preferred.
  • Commercially fluent in renewals, with urgency and judgment.
  • Clear, structured communicator; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM; Mixpanel or Snowflake is an advantage.
