🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in Customer Success/Account Management in B2B SaaS or data/tech.
  • Fluent in Czech and English; strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude: data platforms, ETL/ELT, APIs, or analytics tools.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver outcomes.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Based in Prague; hybrid setup; no relocation or visa packages.
