  • Manage relationships with enterprise/upper-mid market customers as their primary strategic partner.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in CS, Implementation, Account Management, or related in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Builder mindset to create structure, processes, and playbooks from scratch.
  • Strong agentic fluency.
  • Experience managing a renewable book of business in SaaS.
  • Proven ability to manage enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent relationship-building with operational and executive audiences.
  • A data-informed approach to customer health, retention, and growth.
