🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in Customer Success/Implementations for AP/Procurement
- Strong PM and time mgmt; manage multiple customers
- Excellent verbal/written communication; explain complex workflows
- Experience partnering with technical teams to troubleshoot and propose solutions
- Ability to quickly learn a product and articulate the why behind decisions
- Comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving processes
