📋 Description

  • Own client partnerships and help grow Kalepa’s Client Success function, reporting to the VP.
  • Ensure clients have high satisfaction and drive retention and revenue growth.
  • Travel to client sites as required and encouraged.
  • Master Kalepa’s SaaS platform; deploy and configure from kickoff to go-live.
  • Build relationships across technical/operational/executive teams; present to C-level.
  • Plan, execute, and lead client user training.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in client-facing enterprise SaaS, growth, consulting, or sales.
  • Hustle-minded; remove obstacles and drive results.
  • Strong analytical/technical foundation; data-driven and commercially oriented.
  • Customer-first mindset; passionate about delivering value and representing the customer.
  • InsurTech or FinTech experience (nice to have).
  • Venture-backed startup experience during hypergrowth (nice to have).
