- Travel to client sites as required and encouraged.
- Master Kalepa’s SaaS platform; deploy and configure from kickoff to go-live.
- Build relationships across technical/operational/executive teams; present to C-level.
- Plan, execute, and lead client user training.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in client-facing enterprise SaaS, growth, consulting, or sales.
- Hustle-minded; remove obstacles and drive results.
- Strong analytical/technical foundation; data-driven and commercially oriented.
- Customer-first mindset; passionate about delivering value and representing the customer.
- InsurTech or FinTech experience (nice to have).
- Venture-backed startup experience during hypergrowth (nice to have).
