🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in Client Success, Customer Success, or Account Management for enterprise B2B SaaS, benefits, or fintech.
  • Proven experience managing complex client relationships and driving renewals and growth.
  • Experience with global clients and diverse employee populations.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to build trust with senior stakeholders.
  • A commercial mindset with comfort discussing value, outcomes, and expansion opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including facilitating executive-level conversations.
