📋 Description

• Hire, mentor, and manage a team of Enterprise Architects for large client accounts.
• Act as an executive sponsor, presenting to C-level executives and security teams.
• Design architectures enabling enterprise modernization and AI innovations (Agentic AI).
• Align Celonis product and engineering with client teams to deliver premier technical services.
• Assess IT landscape maturity and coach Celonis account teams and ecosystem partners.
• Develop reusable assets and customer-facing architecture leadership materials.

🎯 Requirements

• 20+ years experience leading Enterprise Architects or technical teams at top firms.
• Strategic vision: connect tech solutions to business value and objectives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proven C-level presenting.
• Enterprise Architecture expertise: capability mapping, modernization, Agentic AI.
• Strong data foundation: data architecture, system integrations, data ops, SQL, Python.
• Cloud-native architectures, SaaS, cybersecurity basics, API ecosystems, and legacy on-prem.
