📋 Description

• Hire, mentor, and manage a team of Enterprise Architects for large client accounts.
• Act as executive sponsor in pre- and post-sales, presenting to C-level executives.
• Drive enterprise modernization using capability mapping and Agentic AI.
• Bridge Celonis product and engineering with client teams to deliver premier technical services.
• Oversee IT landscape maturity; coach teams and partners on architecture and integration.
• Direct development of reusable assets and thought leadership on architecture.

🎯 Requirements

• 20+ years leading Enterprise Architects or technical teams at top firms.
• Strategic thinker linking tech solutions to business value.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; experience presenting to C-levels.
• EA expertise in Capability Mapping, Enterprise Modernization, and Agentic AI.
• Strong data architecture, integrations, data ops, automation, and SQL/Python.
• Cloud-native architectures, SaaS (Salesforce, SAP, Dynamics), APIs.
• MSc in Computer Science or IT-related field.
• English fluency required; additional languages a plus.
