📋 Description

• Team Leadership: Build and mentor a team of Enterprise Architects for key client accounts.
• Executive Engagement: Sponsor pre- and post-sales, presenting to C-levels and security teams.
• Drive strategic innovation: design modern architectures; leverage capability mapping and Agentic AI.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Bridge product/engineering with client teams to deliver services.
• Ecosystem & Readiness: Assess client IT landscapes and coach teams on architecture, integration, performance.
• Thought Leadership: Create reusable assets and customer-facing architecture papers.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 20+ years leading Enterprise Architects or tech teams at top consulting firm or software vendor.
• Strategic Vision: Connect technical solutions to business value and customer objectives.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills; present to C-level executives.
• EA Expertise: Deep knowledge of capability mapping, modernization, and Agentic AI.
• Technical Foundation: Data architecture, system integrations, data ops, SQL/Python; hands-on demos.
• Education & Languages: MSc in CS/IT; English required; additional languages a plus.
