- Enterprise Architecture Expertise: Capability Mapping, Enterprise Modernization, and Agentic AI.
- Technical Foundation: data architecture, integrations, data ops, automation; SQL and Python; hands-on demos.
- Ecosystem Knowledge: cloud-native architectures, SaaS (Salesforce, SAP, Dynamics CRM, ServiceNow), cybersecurity basics, APIs, and on-prem legacy.
