📋 Description

• Lead and mentor an Enterprise Architecture team shaping architecture and cloud strategy.
• Act as executive sponsor in pre/post-sales, presenting to C-level execs and security teams.
• Guide architectures for modernization, capability mapping, and emergent tech like Agentic AI.
• Bridge Celonis product/engineering with client teams to ensure premier technical services.
• Assess client IT maturity; coach teams on architecture, integration, and scalability.
• Direct reusable assets and client-facing papers on architecture and innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• 20+ years leading Enterprise Architects or tech teams at top firms.
• Strategic vision: link technical solutions to business value and customer objectives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; experience presenting to C-levels.
• Deep expertise in Capability Mapping, Enterprise Modernization, and Agentic AI.
• Strong data architecture, integrations, data operations, automation, and SQL/Python.
• Cloud-native architectures, SaaS, APIs, security basics, and on-prem architectures.
