Coach leaders and teams to strengthen product thinking and customer decisions; support CI.
Build internal coaching, facilitation, and technical practice awareness to embed improvements.

🎯 Requirements

Onsite work in Hyderabad five days a week.
8-12+ years in technology, product, and business in complex orgs.
Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders as trusted advisor.
Experience in enterprise-scale organizational or delivery transformations.
Strong understanding of Agile, Lean, and product management.
Knowledge of modern software engineering practices, including automated testing and CI.
