- Champion Airspace's operational execution to support customers.

- Maintain account docs, stakeholder maps, and updates to leadership.
- Travel to customer sites for onboarding and major expansions as needed.

- 5โ10+ years enterprise account management in Med Device or healthcare logistics.
- Experience supporting large, complex B2B customers.
- Proficient in Excel; BI tools (Looker, Power BI) and slide decks.
- Able to use data to drive service improvements cross-functionally.
- Strong operational acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable handling escalations and difficult conversations.
- Self-driven with ownership, urgency, accountability.
- Will ing to travel 30%โ50%.
