  • Own day-to-day account management for enterprise Medical Device customers.
  • Champion Airspace's operational execution to support customers.
  • Expand relationships and identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain understanding of customer workflows, distribution models, service expectations.
  • Represent Airspace with executive presence and MD expertise.
  • Maintain account docs, stakeholder maps, and updates to leadership.
  • Travel to customer sites for onboarding and major expansions as needed.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5โ€“10+ years enterprise account management in Med Device or healthcare logistics.
  • Experience supporting large, complex B2B customers.
  • Proficient in Excel; BI tools (Looker, Power BI) and slide decks.
  • Able to use data to drive service improvements cross-functionally.
  • Strong operational acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable handling escalations and difficult conversations.
  • Self-driven with ownership, urgency, accountability.
  • Will ing to travel 30%โ€“50%.
