π― Requirements
- 4+ years in Customer Success or Account Management, managing enterprise accounts
- Proven track record owning renewals and commercial outcomes (upsell, expansion, churn prevention)
- Confident communicating with and influencing senior stakeholders and executives
- Data-literate and able to pull insights from numbers
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Highly organized with the ability to manage a large, complex book
- Independently driven; proactive and able to move fast
