🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in Customer Success or Account Management, managing enterprise accounts
  • Proven track record owning renewals and commercial outcomes (upsell, expansion, churn prevention)
  • Confident communicating with and influencing senior stakeholders and executives
  • Data-literate and able to pull insights from numbers
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage a large, complex book
  • Independently driven; proactive and able to move fast
