  • Own a portfolio of strategic EMEA accounts across renewals and expansion.
  • Build account plans aligned to priorities, adoption, and regional compliance.

  • Drive retention and revenue growth across the book of business.
  • Lead onboarding, adoption, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Eng, and Legal.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5+ years in account management, customer success, or post-sales SaaS.
  • Proven quota attainment and customer growth.
  • Experience navigating complex stakeholder decision-making environments.
  • Proficiency with CRMs, ideally HubSpot, and account management tools.
  • Understanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
  • English plus one additional European language is a plus.
